My Entrepreneurial journey began in 1999, with QUD Publishing, as a woman-owned, home-based business, concentrating on Freedom of Expression. Through various mediums within music and arts, I promote and teach the importance of protecting one’s own intellectual property and Sacred Space. and Cleopatra VIII, LLC, as a Music Management Company in 2012. The Brand Name, Heart2Culture brings together Horticultural Landscaping, Maintenance & Health Management.
I.T.A.V. Mission dba Heart2Culture was formed in January of 2024 as a MS Non-Profit Outreach Ministry. We offer Social Services in the City of Jackson.

Cleopatra VIII is branding “Heart2culture” as a multi-faceted support system for the community. We have an all encompassing plan in motion to help unify, strengthen, and stabilize a Village. Our Culture is creating a safe and free-thinking environment within our community, using the wisdom of all, correcting the mistakes being made in order to implement better practices. We are structuring a holistic approch toward bridging the generational gaps and demonstrating Unity within Community. Where there is no unity, there is no structure. But, where there is Unity, there is no Struggle.

We are artists, healers, educators, and cultivators of the land. Our mission is to restore the sacred bond between heart and culture by reconnecting people to their purpose, their food, their stories, and their neighbors. Through conscious music, community gardening, open mics, workshops, and storytelling, we inspire self-sufficiency and cultural pride in every rhythm and ritual.

Angela Cagnolatti (Cleopatra VIII) and Joy Pettaway are two powerhouse women—visionaries, builders, and cultural strategists—united by a shared mission: to restore, revive, and revolutionize how communities sustain themselves, tell their stories, and thrive from the ground up.
Together, we are the driving force behind Heart2Culture, a platform where purpose meets precision. With decades of combined experience in entertainment, education, business, legal advocacy, agriculture, and digital media, we build systems that empower people to create, grow, and reclaim ownership of their narratives, resources, and futures.

Founder of Heart2Culture, Angela brings a unique fusion of artistic creativity, legal insight, and agricultural expertise. A veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and certified paralegal and horticulture technician, she merges music, land stewardship, and healing into every endeavor. As a performing artist, educator, and cultural healer, she builds programs that feed both body and spirit—from garden beds to spoken word stages.

CEO of JFly Entertainment and a respected entertainment consultant, Joy is a powerhouse of execution. With an extensive background in marketing, SEO strategy, brand placement, artist booking, and event management, she offers the structure and spotlight to scale creative visions. Her industry network spans TV, film, digital platforms, and live experiences—bringing the necessary business acumen to amplify cultural voices and monetize purpose-driven work.
